The terms that apply when you engage CertiChina.
CertiChina, operated by South-South Cooperation Cultural Exchange (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd (Unified Social Credit Code: 91440300MACMJ2X164, registered at Unit 5030, Buildings 3–5, Baoneng Science & Technology Park, Qinghu Community, Longhua Subdistrict, Shenzhen, China), is a commercial coordinator and verifier. We help overseas buyers source suppliers, coordinate independent quality inspections, and verify the background of Chinese companies. We are not a certification body, not an inspection body, and not a law firm.
Each engagement begins with a written scope and price agreed before work starts. Inspection and testing are performed by independent third-party institutions selected and coordinated by us; the identity of the institution is disclosed in your engagement documents. Legal matters are referred to licensed law firms, and our reports state verified findings, not legal conclusions.
Due diligence reports are based on information available in public official registries and court records at the time of the check. Not all matters are publicly registered or discoverable online, so a report may not capture unregistered litigation, undisclosed related parties, or information held only in offline or non-public records. Reports are provided for your internal business decision-making and are not a guarantee, a certification, or legal advice.
We aim to provide an indicative quote within one business day of your inquiry. A fixed price is confirmed in writing once the scope of the engagement is agreed. Inspection quotes depend on product category, factory location and inspection type, so the fixed price is set after scope confirmation. Payment terms are stated in each engagement letter.
You agree to provide accurate information about your products, suppliers and requirements, and to ensure you have the right to share any documents you provide. You are responsible for decisions you make based on our reports.
We keep your commercial information confidential and use it only to deliver your engagement, except where disclosure is required by law.
Our services are provided with professional care, but to the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any engagement is limited to the fees you paid for that engagement, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any dispute arising from an engagement will first be discussed in good faith, and if unresolved, submitted to the competent courts of Shenzhen, China.
